% 30.05.2017 C.M.21592/2017 By way of this application, withdrawal of the main petition is sought. Upon notice, there is no objection from opposite side provided that the Bank Guarantee furnished by respondents be discharged and thereafter, be released to both the respondents. In view of aforesaid, this application is allowed and petitioners are permitted to withdraw the main petition with direction to Registrar General of this Court to discharge the Bank Guarantee already furnished by respondents and thereafter, to release the original Bank Guarantee to respondents.

With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. CONT.CAS(C) 586/2016 In view of orders passed in C.M.21592/2017, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The date of 10th July, 2017 fixed before the CONT.CAS(C) 586/2016

Registrar stands cancelled and the Registrar concerned shall take up this matter tomorrow i.e. on 31st May, 2017 for the purpose of releasing the original Bank Guarantee already furnished respondents, after its discharge.
