Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, though according to him, the case of the petitioner would not be amenable to decision by the State Nurses Registration Council. W.P.(C) 4672/2016

Nevertheless, in view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn given the liberty as prayed for but without expressing any opinion as to whether the petitioner's case could be appropriately considered by the State Nurses Registration Council.
