Mr.Jagjit Singh, counsel for the contesting respondent is present on advance notice.

The Court has considered the submissions of the parties. Ministry of Railway shall comply with the order of learned Single Judge dated 28.02.2018 and furnish relevant documents to the appellants within four weeks from today - latest by 7th July, 2018. The writ petition shall be listed on 6th August, 2018 and the parties shall be present before learned Single Judge for appropriate orders in the light of the documents furnished.

Appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
