% 17.01.2020 CM No.1764/2020 in W.P.(C) 6267/2018 Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and looking to the facts, it appears that this application is not tenable in law in a disposed of writ petition being W.P.(C) 6267/2018. The said writ petition was finally disposed of vide our order dated 23rd September, 2019.
Once the writ petition is finally disposed of, no further order can be passed in the same writ petition unless there is a review application or in a contempt application. Otherwise, once the matter is disposed of, the petitioner is always at liberty to file a fresh writ petition or they can always prefer an appeal against the said order.
With these observations, this application is hereby disposed of. CHIEF JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR, J JANUARY 17, 2020/kr
