The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹3,00,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned Tribunal. The insurance company has brought the cheque of ₹2,75,000/- bearing No.396994 dated 18.01.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of appellant. 2.

Learned counsel for insurance company also undertakes to deposit the balance amount of ₹25,000/- before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks from today, lest interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum shall be charged on this amount w.e.f. 11.02.2017 till the date of realisation.

The cheque has been accepted by learned counsel for appellant. 3.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. MAC.APP. 486/2016
