File has been put up for transfer pursuant to the orders dated 25.05.2018 of learned District & Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts.

Mr.Arun Kumar, Advocate puts appearance on behalf of the accused. He informs that Mr.N.K.Chaudhary, Advocate never represented the accused in this case. He further states that he represented the accused throughout the trial and Mr.N.K.Chaudhary, Advocate will not appear in this case.

In view of this submission of the counsel for the accused - Mr.Arun Kumar, this Court finds no reasons to transfer the case from the Court of ASJ-02, Special Judge (NDPS).

It is, however, made clear that Mr.N.K.Chaudhary, Advocate will not represent the accused in the present proceedings.

The parties shall appear before the Court of learned ASJ-02 on 8th June, 2018 and the learned ASJ shall proceed with the case on merits, as per law.
