W.P.(CRL) 1768/2018 This is a petition filed by the petitioner for grant of police protection from respondent No. 3 who is the father of petitioner as there is a threat of dire consequence to her life from respondent No. 3.

An affidavit has been filed by the petitioner mentioning the present residential address.

For the reasons stated in the petition and the averments made by the petitioner, the same is allowed. The SHO concerned to ensure that necessary protection be given to the petitioner keeping in view the existing circumstances. The mobile numbers of the SHO concerned and also of Beat Constable be provided to the petitioner so that in case of any emergent situation, the petitioner will contact them.

With the above directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
