% 23.07.2018 CA No. 820/2018 This application is filed by the petitioners seeking reference of the matter to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and for issuance of production warrants against the directors of respondent No.1 Company.

I may only note that this court on 22.07.2016 had passed an order noting that in Co. Pet. 885/2015 this court has already appointed the OL as the Provisional Liquidator and that nothing further survives in this petition. This petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate claim before the OL. It is manifest that the present application has been filed in ignorance of the said order dated 22.07.2015. As the OL already stands appointed as the Provisional Liquidator, it is

not possible to refer the parties to mediation. The application is dismissed.
