% 03.06.2016 Mr.P.Chidambaram, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance to the Office Memorandum dated 11th May, 2016, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 23rd May, 2016 seeking re-fixation of the ceiling price of the drugs in question. In view of the said development, learned senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed with the only direction that the respondent shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 23rd May, 2016 as expeditiously as possible. This Court, however, clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions

of all the parties are left open.
