% 08.01.2019 The statements of the proprietor of M/s Radhika International and M/s FDA Logistics which is the firm run by the son of the proprietor of M/s Radhika International have been recorded. They are both courier agencies who are acting on behalf of sellers enlisted on online market places. The list of sellers which has been handed over by Mr. Rohit Kulshreshtha is taken on record and is marked as Exhibit A to his statement. The DHL packet handed over by the Plaintiff is marked as Exhibit B.

Mr. Rohit Kulshreshtha has also undertaken to supply further details of the sellers, who are currently using their services, within two weeks. Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks time to take steps or seek further instructions in the matter. List on 24th April, 2019.
