% 24.01.2018 Vide the present petition the petitioner has mainly challenged the process of calculation of final marks through equating and scaling used in NEET-PG Exam. During the pendency of the petition the respondents had taken a decision to do away with the said process for the said exam w.e.f. the academic year 2018-19. The admission brochure issued for the year 2018-19 shows that
the said process which is impugned in the present petition is no more being used by the respondent for NEET-PG. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said position submits that in view of the submissions made by learned counsels for the respondent, the main prayers in the writ petition stand satisfied and he, therefore, does not wish to press the petition any further.
The petition is disposed of as not pressed, alongwith the pending application.
