% 27.01.2016 It is stated by the counsel for the respondent that the petitioner's grievance stands addressed in so far as his name has been duly verified and sent to the Registrar. In W.P.(C) 5810/2013 this Court has independently directed the Registrar to complete the process of verification by passing a formal appropriate order in this regard within two weeks. The said order will operate in this case as well.

The writ petition and pending application are disposed of in the above terms.
