The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 374(2) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment and order dated 25th August, 2007 and 30th August, 2007 respectively passed by the ld. Additional Session Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Session Case No.

47/2004 arising out of FIR No.

420/2003 under Sections 363/366/376/354/506/120B IPC registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.

Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that although he has filed the present appeal but now he has no instructions from the Appellant. 4.

Ld. APP for the State on instructions of the Investigating Officer (IO) submits that the Appellant has already expired on 07th October, 2023 and the verification report has been filed.
