1. It appears that the goods which were seized on 22nd April 2016 have been provisionally released to the Petitioner.

2. Mr. Priyadarshi Manish, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that a show-cause notice has been issued to the Petitioner which runs into several pages but which strangely demands 'nil' duty.

3. All other pleas of the Petitioner in the present petition can be urged by the Petitioner at the appropriate stage in accordance with law.

4. In respect of any other containers which are yet to be released, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
