% 22.04.2016 This matter has been listed today in view of the order dated 28.03.2016 of Ld. District and Sessions Judge, East District, Karkarooma Courts, Delhi, which is reproduced as under:

"Since the present case does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Court, parties shall appear before Hon'ble High Court on 22.04.2016 for its allocation to Court of competent Jurisdiction."

I note both the parties, i.e., the plaintiff and defendant are based in Shahdra and I have been informed that the connected Suit between the same parties has been transferred to the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Shahdra District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

In view of above, the present matter is transferred to the learned

District & Sessions Judge, Shahdra District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Accordingly, the parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Shahdra District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 13th July, 2016.
