% 20.01.2020 CM APPL. 1953/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 19.09.2018 of this Court was not complied with, in as much as, he was not given a hearing as directed by the said order prior to passing of order dated 20.12.2018.

He, however, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to challenge order dated 20.12.2018.
