The petitioner and the review applicant have amicably settled their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 23rd November, 2016, which is on record. 2.

As per the said settlement, the allottee/occupant of Shop No.32 (Ground Floor), Aurobindo Place Market, New Delhi has to provide a reinforced cement concrete beam over opening of 1.20m x 0.90m duly designed from Structural Engineer from the approved panel of DDA in terms of Clause 6 (ii) of the settlement agreement dated 23rd November 2016 after seeking approval from DDA.

Mr. Arun Birbal, learned counsel for DDA, has handed over two inspection reports, which are taken on record. 4.

The order dated 17th May, 2016 is recalled and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. The petitioner as well as the review applicant shall remain bound by the terms of the

settlement.

The applications are disposed of in the above terms. 6.
