The amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal is `15,42,096/- along with the interest. The appeal has been filed by the Insurance Company for reduction of the aforesaid amount.

It has now been agreed between the parties that the appellant / Insurance Company shall get reduction of an amount of `1,15,000/- out of the so awarded amount. The remaining amount so deposited shall be released to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in the manner as directed by the learned Tribunal. It is agreed that 70% of the awarded amount has already been released to respondent Nos.1 to 3, the remaining amount is lying MAC.APP. 821/2014

deposited with the Registrar General of this Court. It shall be released to the claimants after refunding an amount of `1,15,000/- to the Insurance Company. The statutory deposit, shall also be released to the Insurance Company.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 4.

The appeal is disposed of.
