% 11.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner has expired in September, 2017, which is affirmed on behalf of the State by SI Ravi Kumar submitting that he has expired on 06.09.2017. In view of the submissions made on behalf of either side, the proceedings in relation to the FIR No. 62/13, PS Domestic Airport, under Section 25 of the Arms Act have apparently abated.

The petition calls for no further action.
