The matter has been taken up on the basis of the abovesaid application filed by petitioner with the request that the contempt petition may be disposed of in terms of settlement entered into between the parties. 2.

A copy of Settlement Agreement dated 10.02.2025 has also been placed on record.

It is also apprised that the parties have already taken divorce on 27.02.2025.

In view of the above, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition.

The application is allowed.

The date already fixed i.e. 07.04.2025 is also cancelled. 7.

In view of the above, the contempt petition also stands disposed of as not pressed, in view of the abovesaid settlement.
