The parties have amicably settled their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 8th March, 2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The original settlement agreement is on record. 2.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. The pending application is also disposed of. 3.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 8th March, 2017.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks refund of Court-fees. Since the appeal has been disposed of before the commencement of hearing, half of the fees be refunded to the appellant in terms of Section 16A(iii) of the Court-fees Act, 1870.
