After arguments, both these appeals are disposed of with the consent order that in favour of the plaintiff in the suit, namely, Sh. Bhagwan, there will be a money decree of a sum of Rs.13,50,000/- RFA 638/2018 and RFA 60/2019

along with interest payable at 10% per annum simple from 5.1.2007 and till the date of payment. This payment, however, will be made by the appellant/defendant/seller to the respondent/plaintiff/buyer within a period of three months from today.

If, however, the amount as aforesaid is not paid within three months from today, the rate of interest which would be paid by the appellant to the respondent will stand increased to 14% per annum simple.

The appeals are disposed of accordingly. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
