O R D E R

% 22.07.2016 There are four petitioners before this Court. Their submission is that they had been illegally removed from the squatting site by the private respondents i.e. respondents No. 5 to 8 and appropriate action be taken by the competent authority to remove respondents No. 5 to 8 from the aforenoted site.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3 have put an appearance. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that an earlier writ petition on similar grounds had been filed which was disposed of on 04.02.2015 and in fact in the averments made in the present petition, mention of this order dated 04.02.2015 has been

made. Additional submission of learned counsel for respondent No. 2 is that on 11.02.2015, a similar petition on similar ground has been filed and that has also been permitted to be withdrawn. No fresh cause of action having arisen, this petition is not maintainable. Learned counsel for the petitioners admits the fact that he has been removed from the site by the private respondent (respondents No. 5 to 8) w.e.f. March, 2015. His submission is that inspite of representations having been made to the concerned Police Station, no answer has been received by him. He has made the complaint to the concerned SHO of Police Station Jama Masjid on 10.04.2015. Respondent No.4 is present and represented through counsel. He undertakes and ensures that the representations made by the petitioner to the concerned Police Station will be answered in accordance with law.

No further orders are called for on this petition which is disposed of.
