% 12.04.2017 Today, learned counsel for the parties have handed over a photocopy of the settlement agreement dated 31st March, 2017, by virtue of which the parties have settled all their inter se disputes. Both the counsel state that their respective clients shall abide by the settlement agreement dated 31st March, 2017.

The undertaking given by learned counsel for the parties is accepted by this Court and the parties are held bound by the same. Since respondent nos. 1 & 2 have already been held guilty of contempt vide judgment and order dated 05th October, 2016, present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos.1 & 2 to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- each. The said amount shall be

deposited with the registry of this Court in the name of the Registrar General within a period of two weeks.
