This appeal has been filed for the reason that despite best efforts, the learned Single Judge has not been able to take up and dispose of W.P.(C) No.8378/2016.

The appellant has filed copies of orders dated 10th January, 17th January, 20th January, 15th February, 22nd February, 6th March and 21st March, 2017 of the ld. Single Judge. These orders reflect that every effort is being made to hear and LPA No.248/2017

decide the writ petition filed by the appellant. We find that the writ petition is listed for hearing on 24th April, 2017 and it can be reasonably expected that the matter would be heard on that date.

In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal and the application are disposed of.
