% 22.01.2019 By order dated 07.09.2017 in W.P. (C) 7857/2017, the respondent was directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within two months from that day. The representation has been decided and the respondent has issued an Office Order dated 16.01.2019. Copy of the same has been placed on record and a copy thereof has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after going through the office order, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to avail other remedies available to him under the law. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty.
