M.A. 14244/2017 (Directions) The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite directions of this Court, vide order dated 9th January, 2017, for expeditious conclusion of trial, not much progress has been made till date and only one witness out of four has been examined after 9th January, 2017.

Accordingly, present application is disposed of with the directions to the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously and preferably within six months. Trial court shall also not grant unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
