% 18.10.2016 Crl.M.A.16165/2016 (Early Hearing) Application is allowed. Date fixed in the matter, that is, 17th January, 2017, is preponed for today.
BAIL APPLN. 1024/2016 Petitioner as well as complainant is present in Court. It is submitted that they have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Conciliation and Mediation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 27th September, 2016.
By this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner (husband) is seeking anticipatory bail. Complainant (wife) and petitioner (husband) have settled the matter before the mediation centre and pursuant thereof petitioner
has made payment of Ist instalment of `25 lakhs vide a demand draft, a photocopy whereof has been placed on record.
In view of the fact that the parties have settled their disputes before the mediation centre, terms whereof they undertook to comply, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
