% 14.08.2018 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits, on instructions, that report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is to be filed within two weeks.
The learned senior counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, seeking quashing of FIR, though at the same time seeking liberty to move afresh in the event of the court of Magistrate taking cognizance on the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. and issuing process against the petitioners.
The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
