Petitioner is present in Court in person and also represented by his counsel. He submits that in view of the overall settlement between the family members i.e. Ms. Deepa Arya, Purnima Uppal, Gaurav Goel and S.M. Goel and also in view of the fact that wholistic settlement has been entered into to restore family harmony, he would not like to press this petition.

He submits that in so far as the allegations made against the W.P.(CRL) 2017/2018
officer of Special Cell, Delhi Police are concerned, he would not like to press charges any further and seeks leave to withdraw the allegations unconditionally. He further submits that there are certain allegations made with regard to an incident that had happened in the Court premises on 29.01.2018, caused by certain private individuals, inter-alia, some Advocates of the Court. He reserves his right to pursue his remedies in law with regard to the said incident and states that withdrawal of this petition be not deemed to be a waiver of the allegations with regard to the said incident. 3.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
It is clarified that withdrawal of this petition will not, in any manner, prejudice the petitioner with regard to his allegations against private individuals and the incident of 29.01.2018 are concerned. He is at liberty to pursue his remedies in accordance with law. 5.
