The counsel for the defendant states that he is not aware of any settlement but has no objection to the withdrawal of the suit. 3.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that after the filing of this application, a settlement has taken place between the parties and he would like to place the said settlement also on record and seeks adjournment of two weeks.
