% 14.03.2017 It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that the benefits under the Assured Career Progression Scheme/Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme have duly been granted to the petitioner. Photocopy of Memo No.131/SSB/LC2016/121 dated 23.01.2017 and photocopy of an order No.E6/CRC/224/ACP-MACP/25Bn/SSB/G/16/-32275-80 dated 04.11.2016 be taken on record.

In view of the petitioner having been granted the benefit of Assured Career Progression/Modified Assured Career Progression, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of with the direction on the respondents to release all financial benefits

thereunder, positively within six weeks from date if the same has not already been done.
