% 20.05.2016 Crl.M.A. 8254 (Restoration) & 8255/2016 (Delay) The present petition was dismissed in default on 28.10.2015 due to non-appearance of the petitioner. Record further reveals that earlier also on 12.02.2015, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the Court. Now the application for condonation of delay has been filed for condoning the delay in filing the restoration application.

This Court does not find any ground to condone the delay. The application for the grant of condonation of delay is hereby dismissed. As a result, the application for restoration of the main petition is also dismissed being barred by limitation.
