% 06.01.2017 This is an application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. The writ petition had been heard and judgment was reserved. However, during the intervening period the parties entered into discussion and the same culminated in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 28.12.2016 whereby the parties have settled the issues which had arisen between them. In view of the MOU, a copy of which is annexed to this application as Annexure-1, the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition.

We have heard the counsel for the parties. We allow this application. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the MOU which has been entered into between the parties on 28.12.2016.
