By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is praying for changing the investigation agency from Delhi Police to another for securing the fare investigation in the case FIR No. 137/2014, dated 28.02.2014, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at PS Dabri, South West Delhi.

Ms.Richa Kapoor, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice and places on record the status report.

Status report has been filed by the State that the investigation of the W.P.(CRL) 1573/2016

case has been completed and charge-sheet is likely to be filed shortly. 4.

Since the investigation in the case is already complete, nothing further survives for consideration.
