% 01.05.2019 Impugned order of 24th May, 2018 grants conditional bail to petitioner in FIR No. 708/2017, registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, Delhi. While granting bail to petitioner, trial court has directed the petitioner to place on record the FDR of ₹7,00,000/-. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is unable to arrange the FDR of ₹7,00,000/-. However it is informed that petitioner has already deposited the FDR of Rs. 2,00,000/- with trial court.
Upon hearing and on perusal of the impugned order, I find that petitioner's bail application is required to be heard on merits. In the facts and circumstances of this case, impugned order is set aside with permission to petitioner to file application for bail afresh CRL.REV.P. 521/2018
