Mr. Gaurang Kanth, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the SDMC.

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the matter has been heard and disposed of finally. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to South Delhi Municipal Corporation (for short 'SDMC') to inspect the subject property bearing No. WZ 233-234, Old Lal Dora Village Rangpuri, New Delhi and to take action, in accordance with law, if the same is unauthorised.

Mr. Gaurang Kanth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the SDMC states that, they will inspect the subject property to ensure that, the construction being carried out thereon, is in accordance with law and the building bye-laws.

Directed accordingly.

With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

No further directions are called for.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
