By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of attending marriage of his younger brother as well as for maintaining social ties. 2.

Notice. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State accepts notice. 3.

As per the nominal roll of the petitioner, he has availed two weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. with effect from 21.03.2016 to 04.04.2016. 4.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

7.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
