This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 19th October, 2016.

It is informed that the sale deed has been executed. 3.

Mr. Niranjan Mishra and Mr. Gangotri Saran, Advocates also appear. 4.

Suffice it is to state that they are requested to, in future, behave professionally and not avoid appearing in the Court inspite of direction and remain bound by the stand taken before the Court and not attempt to renege therefrom by not appearing.

The judgment debtor has filed EA No.654/2016 for modification of the order dated 20th September, 2016.

EA No.654/2016 has become infructuous and is disposed of. EX.P. 74/2016

The judgment debtor has also filed EA No.739/2016 to restrain the decree holder from parking his vehicle in the stilt parking of the said property.

It has already been observed in para 8 of the order dated 19th October, 2016 that independent proceedings have to be taken for such reliefs. The same applies to the relief claimed in this application, which cannot form part of this execution proceeding.

The execution proceedings are disposed of as satisfied. 10.

The amount of Rs.3 lakhs deposited by the decree holder in this Court together with interest if any accrued thereon be released in favour of the judgment debtor.
