As recorded in the previous order, learned Counsel for the Petitioner had on 07.10.2024 requested for some time to take instructions from the Petitioner. Thereafter, the matter has been listed on 13.11.2024, 20.11.2024, 03.02.2025 and 19.02.2025. On each of these dates, the matter was adjourned on account of the fact that no instructions were available. 2.

The Petitioner is not present today.

The report of the Registry is that the default notice sent to the Petitioner remains unserved as the address of the Petitioner is incomplete. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite his efforts he is unable to contact the Petitioner. Learned Counsel further submits that he is unable to assist the Court.

Clearly, the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.
