% 05.08.2020 [Court hearing convened via video-conferencing on account of COVID-19] I.A. No.6551/2020 1.

This is a joint application moved on behalf of the plaintiff and defendant no. 1 pursuant to the judgement and decree dated 04.03.2020, passed by this Court, based on a compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

The captioned application is accompanied by affidavits of both the plaintiff i.e. Ms. Bhavna Gupta and defendant no. 1 i.e. Mr. Gulshan Kumar. 2.1 The captioned application has been moved by Mr. Shantanu Aggarwal, Advocate who now appears not only for the plaintiff but also for defendant no. 1.

2.2 Mr. Shantanu Aggarwal has placed on record the Vakalatnama executed in his favour by defendant no. 1.

In view of the averments made in the captioned application, prayer clause (a) of the captioned application is allowed. CS(OS) 293/2018 1/2 KUMAR RAI 15:27

3.1 The documents referred to in paragraph 2 of the captioned application will be returned by the Registry after keeping attested copies of the same on record.

I may indicate that Mr. Aggarwal has submitted before me that the documents referred to in paragraph 2 of the captioned application [in particular, the E-stamp papers dated 01.02.2018 and 19.01.2018] are required for execution of a sale deed by defendant no. 1 in favour of the plaintiff. 5.

The captioned application shall, consequently, stand disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
