% 31.05.2018 Vide order dated 29th November, 2017, this Court had ordered that no order on framing of charge be passed by the trial court till the next date of hearing. That order, in no way connotes that interim application, such as for 'permission to travel abroad' cannot be entertained by the trial court.

With this clarification, present petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to file this application before the trial court for permission to travel abroad.
