% 04.07.2018 Mr. Devesh Singh, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the official respondent, on instructions from Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, Assistant Registrar states that subsequent upon the order dated 30.05.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 4996/2017, titled as 'Daulat Ram vs. Registrar Co-operative Societies and Ors.', and as prayed for by the petitioner, an Auditor has been appointed and that the latter shall conclude the audit expeditiously, in accordance with law, after considering all the allegations made by the petitioner in his representation dated 02.03.2017. Directed accordingly.

In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
