3. It is stated that the relied upon documents (RUDs) have not yet been supplied to the Petitioner and the non- RUDs have not been returned. If this W.P.(C) 4488/2016 Page 1 of 2
is correct then the Adjudicating Authority will supply the RUDs and return the non-RUDs to the Petitioner not later than four weeks from today.
4. Further, it would be open to the Petitioner to bring to the notice of the Adjudicating Authority the judgment dated 3rd May 2016 of this Court in W.P. (C) 441/2013 Mangli Impex Ltd v. Union of India within a period of ten days from today. If that is done, the Adjudicating Authority will give a decision on the question of his jurisdiction not later than four weeks thereafter, after giving the Petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
5. The writ petition is disposed of.
