% 23.05.2016 Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no. 1 and 2 to set up an independent committee under the supervision of this Court to explore alternate designs/layout plans for the curve in Metro track around Block 15, Trilokpuri, Delhi. This Court is of the opinion that it should not interfere in technicalities of lay outs and designs of infrastructural projects as it is the job of experts in that particular field.

Consequently, the present writ petition and the application are dismissed.
