% 25.07.2016 Petitioner is the daughter-in-law of Sarbati Devi who was squatting in front of Shop No.60, Babu Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. She had died on 21.02.2016. Petitioner has made a representation for transfer of the site in the name of the petitioner being daughter-in-law of the aforenoted deceased lady. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 who has put in appearance submits that TVC qua respondent no.1 has since been constituted. His submission is that the rights of the petitioner can be determined

only by the TVC.

This petition is disposed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC who will decide the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
