1. The Respondent has been served but none is present on its behalf. The Respondent is, accordingly, proceeded ex parte.

2. It is directed that a Sole Arbitrator shall be appointed under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre („DAC‟) to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The Petitioner will appear before the DAC on 21st February, 2017 at 11:00 am for further steps in this regard.

3. A copy of this order be sent to the Additional Coordinator DAC forthwith.

4. The petition is disposed of.
