O R D E R

% 12.07.2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Letter of Award dated 24.12.2010 and the Supplementary Agreement dated 19.09.2012.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the prayer is granted.

Having perused the contents of the petition as also the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended by a further period of one year with effect from 16.06.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
