The writ petition has been filed with regard to the alleged

finalization of proposed alignment option-III out of four options for construction of the link road connecting UER-I and UER-II and meeting Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) at Delhi/Haryana border by the respondents.

We are informed by Ms. Gunjan Sinha Jain, counsel for the National Highway Authority of India, respondent No.5, that the respondents have not so far accepted any of the proposals which have been set-out by the petitioner in this writ petition and a considered view yet to be taken by all the authorities. 7.

We find that this writ petition has been filed without filing a single representation with the respondents. Let the writ petition be treated as a representation made to the respondents and the submissions made therein be considered by the respondents who are implementing the project in question.

The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. Order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
