This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:- "i) direct the respondent to allot an alternative plot to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 3.7.2013 passed in writ petition No. WP(C) No. 5437/2007;

ii) initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for disobeying and disregarding the order/direction dated 3.7.2013 passed in writ petition No. WP(C) No. 5437 / 2007;

iii) punish the respondent for contempt of this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law.

iii) such other and further orders, which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent." 3.

Division Bench dated 10.12.2013 challenging the order dated 03.07.2013, in respect of which the present contempt petition was filed, was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Learned counsel for the DDA has handed up in Court a copy of order dated 24.08.2017, whereby the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 11116 of 2017 arising out of SLP (C) No. 11403/2014, has set aside the impugned order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. 6.
